Cancelling reservations for events and bed reservations will be possible until 72 hours before the events' date only. From this moment onward, the fees paid will not be refunded except in case of "force majeure" with presentation of documents establishing the unusual character of the reasons invoked to ask for a refund. 

The center's administration, after consideration of the case, will give a response within 7 working days.
